This lesson introduces the RIDDA method—Recognize, Identify, Deny, Distance, and Affirm—to help leaders interrupt internal sabotage and reclaim conscious self-leadership. You’ll learn how to identify unhelpful inner narratives, create distance from them, and reinforce more grounded, empowering ways of thinking and leading. The result is greater clarity, steadiness, and confidence—especially under pressure.

Business Mastery – Differentiating Service Tiers

This lesson explores how service tiers shape pricing, positioning, and the customer experience. By examining Budget, Standard, and Premium offerings, you’ll gain insight into how your services are currently perceived and where misalignment may be limiting growth. The focus is not just pricing, but strategic alignment—ensuring what you offer matches the value you intend to deliver and the business you’re building.

Teams Mastery – Cultivating Evolving Teams

This lesson addresses one of the most persistent leadership challenges: turnover. You’ll explore how to move beyond cycles of hiring and replacing toward building teams that grow, adapt, and contribute over time. The emphasis is on creating conditions for development, belonging, and shared accountability—so teams don’t just stay, but evolve alongside the business.
